Heh, memories from the past...

Has someone yanked your chain? Has something gotten your goat? Here's the place to gripe about it!

Heh, memories from the past...

Okay, remember that girl that broke me in twain about a year ago?

Well, I decided to try and contact her again, just to clear the air between us. Cept she hasn't been on Internet forever, so I tried through one of her friends I know of.

Turns out SHE hasn't seen her in nearly a month, and owes her over $300 and is dodging phone messages and inquiries.

This isn't really a major complaint thread, but man. Now I'm wondering if it was likely for the best.

Also - I do seem to go for the ones with problems, don't I?

not to be rude, but if she gives you (and others it seems) that much trouble.. why seek her out again? I'd say lack of contact is best and that could be considered "clearing the air."

Intellectually, I concure completely.

Emotionally, a part of me wants to seek her out even more now, to ensure she knows she's still got some support in the world.

Fortunatly, my Intellect crotch shot my Emotions and is currently in the process of boosting my Ego as it kicks my Emotions while they're down.

Seriously, I think this might have been the incident that's going to finally allow me to move forward from that terrible part of my life. And all I can say is it's about flippin time.

Well that's good then, I'm happy to hear that for you.

And I know how hard it is to cut ties with someone who used to mean a lot to you.

Although the situations are different, I found myself having a dream that involved someone from my past the other night. That was awkward..
