Ironically, it was down quite a bit from last year's premiere in the UK.

I noticed that. They were talking about that at Gallifrey Base, and many have brought up the fact that being able to watch it via the BBCi player there in the UK may have had an effect on the TV ratings.

That's not a huge surprise. This episode doesn't strike me as something the average BBC viewer - especially kids - would really enjoy.

Perhaps, but like many others believe, I suspect many more saw it than the ratings show.

Oh I have no doubt.

All I want to know is: Is it Saturday Yet? I wanna see the next part of the story!

Rewatching the opening sequence again, I do have to wonder about the authenticity of the 1103 year old Doctor.

The lack of a TARDIS is one thing, but note how every bit in that sequence was involving the Doctor trying to evade capture? Furthermore, after the first sequence Amy reads that the Doctor was imprisoned for a day before being spirited away by a "sphere of light", with the Doctor clearly visible as being dragged up towards it.

That doesn't sound like the TARDIS to me. Matter of fact, for some reason the only thing I can think of is a Sontaran ship. And Sontarans equal Clones.

"A Time Lord's Body is a Miracle..."

Hmmm. Curiouser and Curiouser.

...oh snap. Just had a idea. Okay, so we see a obviously recently used table with organic, gooey stuff on it and sitting right next to it is a crate containing Apollo space gear. We also see the TARDIS (Or a TARDIS-like vehicle) from The Lodger.

What if the Little Girl in the Space Suit is Jenny?

How could it be Jenny? She was never a little girl.

Forced, Controlled Regeneration possibly?

That seems wildly far fetched to me. Plus Georgia Moffett was incredibly pregnant while they were filming this season, so I doubt she'd even be able to make a cameo. Not to mention Steven Moffat seems reluctant to revisit Davies' stories this soon into his own run.

They covered whether the dead Doctor is real in Confidential. Yes, it's him. No, it's not a duplicate, shape shifter, or other "trick".

Since you see The Silence there, I'm thinking that once their influence is uncovered in '69, our companions will piece together that removing them from the scene will alter the event in such a way as to save The Doctor. After all, we've established that they're puppet masters, pulling the strings behind the scenes so to say... and one does appear on the hill shortly before the incident.

True. But at the same time, it was Moffat's idea to keep Jenny alive in the first place.
