So, where's everybody been?

Greetings! Its time to poke this place with a stick and get people talking again!

So, what has everyone been up to, and how have they been doing?

In my case, things have been much the same. However my wife, Raven, has been in Philadelphia since July to find work. I've only seen her a few days since. She had a temp job for a while, but that ended in January, and she's still looking for work. We plan to move there, but this has gone on longer than we expected.

I'm still up to the same things, we just have a lot of stuff in boxes now, including my hand mixer, which has become just a touch annoying *lol*

So, chime in folks. Whatcha been up to?

Pretty much the same stuff.

Recently I've been having to travel around Ohio helping to remodel Factory Card Outlets into Party City's. The hours/commute have sucked but the pay has been great.

I'm still trying to work on my fledgling comic but work has been slow going. I need to motivate myself more Damnit!

I've hung out with Fishies a few times too and hopefully she'll start posting again. Get more of the old gang back together.

I'll make sure to continue the DVD lists too.

Let's see here.

I've been at home in New York, still looking for work. Been unemployed for two years now, save for a brief holiday job. So, still suffering from the Bush economy here. But some contacts of mine are looking into starting a studio soon, and I'm promised a job should that happen. And I hope that happens, because I need something like that to add to my resume. And for good reason. You know that "Young Justice" series airing on Cartoon Network? I could have been working on that, but Warners' H.R. department refused to even interview me, because I didn't have enough experience for them... even with the producer of that series going to bat for me.

The goal is, as ever, to get back to Los Angeles and get my career and life going.

I've also been doing a lot of writing, a lot of reading, and developing outlines for potential scripts that I hope to write and sell.

Hanging in there, and trying to keep my chin up. It hasn't always been easy, I was very depressed and irritable for months, but I like to think I've gotten better.

Hm, let's see. It's been awhile and I can't really recall what all I've been up too since I was gone.

I'm getting married in July to a beautiful woman. I lucked out with this one: We finish each other's sentences, we like the same shows, and we have the same sense of humor. I just recently introduced her to Red vs Blue and she's currently devouring the series.

Still at the same job, doing the same shit. It's a paycheck, so I can't really complain.

My financial situation has been shaky, but nowhere near as bad as last reported.

My father's cancer is still in remission and he's doing extremely well. Indeed, now he's annoyed that he's gaining so much weight.

Had an epiphany about my writing. I was conflicted as to whether I wanted to write a spoof Crime Noir style novel, Fantasy Novel, or Sci-Fi Novel. I've decided to combine them into a Space Noir novel. Still have yet to commit anything to paper.

Been writing a new Transformers fic, but outside interest seems low.

Since I last posted I have uprooted my entire life. I quit my job, moved to Los Angeles,and am currently going to school for sound engineering. I love living here, have made some good friends, and can't wait to get going in the music industry.

I missed this place, I really did. I think the reasons it initially slowed down here are all now ancient history, and I'd really like to give it another go.
